Tired of looking for the perfect creative outlet for your little one? Our Pixel Art & Play workshop is the answer. Join us July 31st to slow down, focus, and transform colourful beads into vibrant works of art.
Hosted in The Lookout Studio at Adventure Alley, this hands-on workshop invites young makers to design patterns, pictures, and imaginative creations using pegboards and assorted melting beads, one bead at a time.
As their designs take shape, participants will build patience, concentration, and fine motor skills while experiencing the satisfaction of creating something entirely their own. Once each design is complete, Adventure Alley staff will assist with the exciting final step of transforming individual beads into a lasting keepsake.
Following the workshop, children will enjoy supervised play throughout Adventure Alley, creating the perfect balance of focused creativity and active fun!
This supervised recreational activity offers children a fun, engaging experience in a structured environment. Parents are welcome to stay and participate for $5.99 per adult.

TIME: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
SCHEDULE:
10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Welcome, introduction to melting bead art, colour planning, pattern inspiration, and workshop safety.
10:45 AM – 11:45 AM: Design Studio: Children create their own bead art by arranging colourful beads into patterns and pictures while exploring creativity, patience, and attention to detail.
11:45 AM – 12:00 PM: The Magic Moment: Adventure Alley staff complete the melting process while participants watch their individual designs transform into permanent creations.
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Supervised play throughout Adventure Alley.
