Spring is the season of renewal, and for moms on maternity leave, it's also the perfect time to nurture your own growth. We're excited to partner with Asha Katz-Feinstein, RP, MA, a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in attachment-focused therapy, parenting, and postpartum support. She's bringing her 8-week Group Therapy for Moms on Mat Leave to our Community Hub, creating a baby-friendly space where the focus is on you and your wellness, giving you a space to unpack your postpartum experience and gain tools for more joy and resilience in this chapter.
This is not a rigid, pre-planned workshop, it is a responsive, community-centered therapy space. Each Tuesday (10:30 to 11:30 AM, April 14 to June 2), Asha will facilitate open and honest discussions about the challenges of motherhood. While each session is different, conversations are ultimately guided by topics brought forward by participants such as: postpartum anxiety, relationship shifts, loneliness, guilt, or overwhelm.
Asha enhances the therapeutic conversation with education around topics like matrescence and the biology of postpartum emotions. The goal? Foster vulnerability, community wisdom, and healing through connection – aiming to counter the isolation so many of us feel in early motherhood.

“My approach allows you to look deep within yourself to the root of the challenge you are facing. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies. I will steady you as you discover the parts of yourself that are stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you, and guide you as you speak with and heal them.”
